We're looking for a creative/results-oriented Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing Accounts Team.

Here's the mix of what you'll be doing day to day:

  • Assisting in the management of projects on key accounts working closely with all departments in the agency.
  • Supporting account leads in all facets of account programs.
  • Owning status reports (internal and client-facing).
  • Assisting with monitoring budgets and billing. 
  • Assisting in the execution of email marketing and content creation.
  • Crafting conference reports after important client and internal meetings.
  • Responsible for results and data reporting documents.
  • Assisting in deck building and presentation creation.
  • Expectation to be totally immersed in client business, their industry and account deliverables.
  • Starting and completing tasks and projects on time.
  • Working closely with Project Management, the account lead  and internal teams to make sure no deadlines are missed. 

Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

  • 3+ years of post-college digital agency experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Integrated digital marketing experience across channels like Social, Search and Email (CRM)
  • Experience managing web projects like content refreshes, redesigns, landing pages, etc. (experience leading a site build from scratch a big plus)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker that can also drive projects through the system on-deadline and on-budget
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for detail
  • Adaptable, dependable and promotes positive work environment
  • Ability to work across multiple clients simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with project management tools like Trello/ClickUp/Asana is a plus
  • HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM/CMS experience a big plus.
