Digital Marketing Manager | Matter Local
Boston, MA or Newburyport, MA – Full Time
(In office Mon–Thurs, Fri – Remote)
Matter Local is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing execution for our Matter Local group while helping design a more AI-forward, efficient, and scalable approach to delivering results. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy under the direction of a Sr. Manager.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and leading day-to-day digital marketing programs for a portfolio of Matter Local clients. This includes guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes — such as increased awareness, engagement, and lead generation — while ensuring execution is efficient, consistent, and measurable.
A critical part of this role is helping Matter Local evolve how the work gets done by designing and implementing AI workflows and automated systems that improve speed, quality, and scalability. This is not a strategy-only role; it is hands-on, outcome-oriented, and focused on building smarter ways to execute.
You’ll receive strategic direction from a Sr. Manager, but you’ll be expected to independently lead programs, make decisions, and continuously improve workflows.
